If for any reason you are not completely happy with your eyeglasses from Glassesusa, you may return them within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund. This includes prescription eyeglasses, non-prescription glasses, and sunglasses. We will provide a prepaid shipping label so you can easily send your return back to us free of charge.

Once we receive your return at our fulfillment center, we will inspect the products and process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that prescription products are custom made and may not be eligible for a refund if the return window has expired.


If you received the wrong prescription strength, incorrect frame, or just want to swap your eyeglasses for a different style, we happily accept exchanges within 30 days of the ship date. Please contact our Customer Experience team to initiate an exchange request. We will provide a prepaid shipping label so you can send back your original order free of charge.

Once we receive your return, we will ship out the replacement pair of eyeglasses within 48 hours. Exchanges are limited to one per order. If you are not satisfied after an exchange, you may return your order for a full refund within 30 days of the original ship date.

Receiving a Refund

Once your return is received and processed at our fulfillment facility, refunds are typically issued within 7 business days. Your refund will be applied to the original payment method used at checkout:

For returns by mail, the refund timeframe starts when the package arrives according to the tracking number, not the postmark date. Returns hand-delivered to our offices are effective the same business day.

If you paid for expedited shipping, that charge will not be refunded since you received the benefit of faster delivery originally.

You should receive an email confirmation when your return has been fully processed and the refund transaction is complete. If you do not see the credit within 10 business days or have any questions, please contact our Customer Experience team.

Return Shipping Costs

Glassesusa provides pre-paid return shipping labels to all customers, so you can send your return back to us free of charge. The shipping label will include the full correct return address. We recommend sending your return via UPS or USPS with tracking, so you can confirm its delivery to our facility.

For exchanges, we also provide a free prepaid shipping label to send us your original purchase, and we will ship your replacement pair of eyeglasses using the same method originally selected at checkout.

The only exception is if you select a faster, upgraded shipping method for your replacement item, in which case we may charge the difference in shipping rates. Standard exchanges ship free of charge. Lost or Damaged Returns

Glassesusa is not liable for lost return packages or any damage occurring during transit back to us. We recommend returning your items with insurance and tracking number so you can file claims as needed. Shipping insurance also covers lost package tracing services.

Be sure to pack your returns very carefully in a sturdy box with plenty of padding to prevent breakage or lost components. Do not write on glasses frames or lenses. Return only the eyeglasses originally purchased; do not substitute other items or frames into the package. Make sure no parts like screws or nose pads fall out of the frames.

If your return package does appear to be fully lost by the carrier, please contact our Customer Experience team so we can trace it and potentially resend replacement products to you if needed.
