Receiving & Inspecting Your Order

Return & Exchange Policy

Return for Refund Eligibility:

You may return unworn glasses or unopened contact lenses for a full purchase price refund within 30 days of delivery. Returns outside of 30 days or for used products may still qualify for store credit or exchange based on certain restrictions – contact us for specifics.

Return Process:

To start a return, simply login to your GlassesUSA account for details on how to proceed based on what you are sending back. You’ll provide key info like order number, reason for return and specify if you want a refund or exchange/store credit.

Then package up your return in secure shipping box and apply return label. Drop off return package at your local post office or UPS. Once received at our returns facility, your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.

Exchange Process:

To exchange unworn glasses, login to your account and start a return while selecting the exchange or store credit option. We’ll issue refund or store credit once current frames are returned, then you can place a new order for the replacement pair you want.

For contact lens exchanges due to incorrect prescription or other issues, you’ll need to obtain an updated contacts prescription from your eye doctor first. Then login to start a return and place a new contact lenses order using your updated prescription details.
